This is a video of Quality Control Procedure prepared by MassHighway for bidders of their projects. Although this is about highway and not computer, still the concept of quality control is still there for students to understand.



Quality control procedures for design and bid document preparation, principal engineer involvement, and early and ongoing cooperation between designer, proponent, and reviewers are the keys to providing high quality designs for MassHighway administered projects.

This webinar will give the audience a brief overview of MassHighway's design quality expectations and quality control tools, along with a brief review of the factors that lead to design quality from the beginning of the project, based on research conducted for MassHighway by The Engineering Center several years ago.
